Hi all, The release of 1.2 is currently blocked by a binding -1 on general@ list. It is blocked because of 3 issues:
1. example/nce-loss/README.md - Downloads datasets multi-licensed under CC-BY-SA and GFDL which falls under Category b [1] 2. python/mxnet/gluon/contrib/data/text.py - Downloads datasets licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike which falls under category b [1]. 3. 3rdparty/googletest/googlemock/docs/DevGuide.md whose license falls under category b[2]. We have added this to known issues in Release notes of 1.2 Does anyone have experience on how similar issues were handled for previous releases ?
