Hello, MXNet community,

Following up on recent announcement of office hours introduction from MXNet 
Berlin team,  we are trying to see if we can introduce some modifications to 
that to make process a bit more streamlined and easier to track. Also, we are 
trying to see how to scale that process to allow other MXNet teams to provide 
this channel of support to their customers. With that in mind, I would like to 
ask for your feedback on the proposal [1].
