The downloads page http://mxnet.incubator.apache.org/install/download.htm <http://mxnet.incubator.apache.org/install/download.htm> "Source" artifact currently links to the dist/incubator folder. It needs to link to a mirror selector like dyn/closer. All of the links should be https:// links not http:// links, but especially important for .sha512 and .asc links. You will need to add a paragraph on how to verify the download and include a link to the project KEYS file in dist/incubator. Lots of examples in other project download pages...
