Our proposed timeline is as below: Code freeze: Friday, 04/26/2019. Release candidate cut: Monday, 04/29/2019. Vote on dev@: Monday, 04/29/2019 - Thursday, 05/02/2019. Vote on general@incubator: Friday 05/03/2019 - Tuesday 05/07/2019. If you have any additional bug fixes in progress and would like to include it in this release, please make sure to follow up with this thread so that we could keep track of these additional fixes and update the release notes.
