Sounds like we need an * near the CUDA 10.1 recommendation if there are known performance issues. Is there a particular issue # tracking the performance issues? I'm seeing a CUDA 10 Windows issue here that seems unresolved: https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/issues/14479
