In "org\apache\myfaces\renderkit\html\HTML.java" the attribute "maxlength" is
included in "INPUT_ATTRIBUTES" as well as in "INPUT_FILE_UPLOAD_ATTRIBUTES"
which leads to (harmless) duplication of this attribute in HTML output.
