I found another dependency on the Portlet API in NavigationHandlerImpl. I am
attaching the patch that removes the dependency.
Also, this patch contains the "easy" fix for
http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-123.
I realize that it is not best to include the fix from another issue, but both
patches are very small. Plus, MYFACES-123 should not actually be closed until
Manfred has had a chance to review it. This way, we at least get a fix to
MYFACES-123 that gets us past a critical issue reported with portlet
integration.
