I realize now what you are talking about. You are not suggesting any fancy tricks. Just a duplicate of each jsp with a '.source' extension so that it is processed like a normal text file. I think you are right that this would be just a simple tweak to the build file. I will try and take a look at this shortly. Also, I'm looking at providing simple builds for the webapps that can be used for the nightlies and don't require deployment, etc. sean
