Tree2 needs the pass-through html attributes

Tree2 doesn't currently allow the pass-through html attributes. It uses a table
and being able to set a border, set it's width, and set style, styleClass (as
well as the other pass-throughs supported by table) is needed to allow page
designers to tweak the look and feel (or in my case coders designing pages).
This is minor in terms of coding and I can provide it if someone can merge it
into the source.
