OK we are in an intresting situation right now. We have 99% of what
we need to release and our web site says that we have released even
though we technically have not met all of the requirements.

Unfortunately Matthias is going to be out again this week but one of
the pages that I updated said MyFaces released on April 9. So that is
what our website says now.

I did add the MD5 stuff to the build script so an updated version of
1.0.9 can be found here:
http://cvs.apache.org/builds/myfaces/release/

Is this the appropriate location? Who wants to take on the
responsability of the mirrors? I can change the build script to
publish to wherever but we need someone to figure out the logistics.

Also, maybe we can update the website manually to omit the release
announcement for now. Once Matthias comes back I will go over the
website publish procedure with him so we aren't stuck like this again.
I know how to build with Forrest on my machine but I'm not sure about
any extra steps that might be needed.
