Using tree2 and the clientsidetoggle="true" option, the expand/collapse state
of the tree is stored in a cookie. If the tree model backing this tree changes
drastically, the state of the tree in the cookie may not line up with the model.
An additional attribute on <x:tree2> can be added to turn this cookie-caching
on/off.
