If there is something that customer's (of Sun) can help, let us know.

The TCK and therefor final-state is quite important for deployment in 
big companies, where decisions often are taken by 
"non-technically-suficiently-educated" bean-counters...

Right now in certain companies JSF is not deployable:
Sun-RI violates the "no JavaScript"-rule
and
MyFaces has not reached final, therefor violates the no "test-version"-
rule

I know these are "stupid" arguments, but certain companies work like that

If Martin's followup doesn't work, we should prepare a summary of what
we have tried and who we have spoken with so far, and we can forward
it to the ASF board list. Sadly, you have to be a member to subscribe
to board@, but I can field the replies.
