x:inputCalendar does not allow '-' as separator in date pattern.
HtmlCalendarRenderer$CalendarDateTimeConverter.createJSPopupFormat() only
allows the separator characters ' ' , '.' or '/'. However the popcalendar.js
function jscalendarPopUpCalendar also allows the separator character '-'.
Can this extra separator character be added as an allowed character to the
createJSPopupFormat method.
