Description:
There is a HTML tag fieldset, which could be very useful to create nice
applications.
Using it at the moment reuires a lot spreating of verbatim-tags.
Her a example of the html-output:

</pre>
The legend is rendered as title of the groupbox.
My suggestion of the tag will be:
