Yeah, there's some pressure on our side as well to get the patch in
into the mainline. I've been working on some other things though,
but I should be able to have some time for this either this week or
on the weekend. So unless you want to dig into this yourself, wait
a week or so more.

I wish HtmlResponseWriterImpl will render the unicode text as jsp,
not encode as &#XXXXX;, it's difficult to view the html source.
especially not encoded to javascipt.
