In org.apache.myfaces.custom.tree2.HtmlTreeRenderer,  the two gifs are rendered 
with out.startElement(HTML.IMG_ELEM, tree);
Since the other images are rendered with UIGraphic (which knows about context 
path) the two images are rendered without context path. To clarify, I upload a 
patch in a second. The path is working if the imageLocation is set. If you use 
the myFacesExtensionResource, it is not working because I added the context. 
That means it is a meaningless patch *g*. 

Another problem seems to exist with the myFacesExtensionResource under jetty. I 
get the resources only, if i do not provide a jsessionid.

Do you want me to fix that or is someone working on the component?
