forceId in t:panelGrid does not work propertly

It outputs a parent child relationship, for example:
<x:panelGrid binding="#{...}" id="targettingPanel" forceId="true">
</x:panelGrid>
will generate an id like:
<table id="_id9:targettingPanel" border="0" >
Where _id9 is the containing <form>. There are other containing panelGrids
that are not prepended to the id so maybe it's just the form tag.
