Looks to me like a conflict between the RI and MyFaces
(com.sun.faces.config.ManagedBeanFactory should not be in the
classpath while using myfaces).
Search the RAD deployment env for the RI. I think (but don't know for
sure) that the RI is the basis for the IBM impl so that is probably
the source of the problem.
