AddResource not outputting prototype.js when a comment exists in the page

I noticed that your autoUpdateDataTable example does not work when there is a
comment in the page. When I remove the Apache license comment, it works just
fine. That ReducedHTMLParser must not be working correctly. I get this error:

Remove the comment and it's fine and it outputs the prototype.js link. I
imagine it's from your changes from yesterday.
