In some version of IE tree2 component is not working.
Following javascipt error occured:
"undefined" is undefined
According to http://blog.jasonnussbaum.com/?p=91 it is bug in IE, but it would
be good to modify javascript used in tree2 component to avoid these error.
Patch is attached.
