use standard portlet styles as defaults
---------------------------------------
Key: MYFACES-832
URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-832
Project: MyFaces
Type: New Feature
Components: Implementation
Reporter: Dave Brondsema
JSR-168 (portlets) defines standard CSS Style Definitions in appendix C
(conveniently available at
https://clearinghouse.ja-sig.org/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=114). If in
a portlet context, and a styleClass is not specified on a component, and the
component is one of "messages", "label", "inputText", "commandButton", etc, we
can automatically use the appropriate standard portlet style. This should
probably be configurable to turn on and off also.
