I used cygwin svn to get the current version (after having defined my proxy in the .subversion/servers), and used cygwin patch to apply the patch. Ant build did the rest of the work (after having inserted a setproxy task in the download-dependencies targets). And with the new tomahawk.jar, the tree2 component works also with server side toggle.
