Volker Weber commented on MYFACES-924:
--------------------------------------

on which page (EntityList or EntityDetails) did you use this link?

did you need the form values submitted? if not you can use

  <t:link label="#{currEntity.name}"
              type="navigate"
              action="EntityDetails?id=#{currEntity.id}"
              rendered="#{!currEntity.directory}" />

> On the action controls we need submitURL attriute.
> This url means the URL where the request should be send.
> You may add new function:
> function submitActionWithURL(formId, actionId, actionURL) {
>   setAction(formId, actionId);
>   var form = document.getElementById(formId);
>   if (form) {
>     form.action = actionURL;
>     form.submit();
>   }
> }
> First 2 parameters will be as in submitAction functions.
> actionURL - the url where to send request to execute action.
> This function may be rendered if actionURL is not null instead of
> submitAction.
> We need this functionality to support REST-style navigation.
