InputHtml content disappear on IE and cover buttons below on Mozilla

For <t:inputHtml>
Mozilla: inputHtml edit box covers the buttons below it, so user can see them,
but can not click the buttons.
IE: the content in the inputHtml edit box disappears when moving mouse over it.
This is critial. Software can not be released without this issue solved.
