The practice is one artifact per module and the module/directory has the
same name.
My experience was continuum has a problem with multimodule project if
module name and artifact name are different. Maybe a bug maybe solved
but maven follows the same scheme.
tobago and adf follows the same scheme :-)

It should be myfaces-api and myfaces-impl. Please look at the maven svn
structure.
