A seperator is rendered for hidden elements such as an <f:param> inside a
<t:commandNavigation2> element of the panelNavigation component when
layout="table".
There exists an unresolved issue for <t:panelNavigation> as well, the behaviour
ist the same as with <panelNavigation2>.
