BTW, Martin there is no such thing like a PMC _lead_ at the ASF. A PMC chair does not have the right to _lead_ anything, overrule someone or the like. He/she has primary responsibility to the Board (reports, obligation to inform, etc.) and he/she is officer of the ASF for legal reasons. Manfred
