selcetOneRadio has limited formating and nesting

A few times I've found it necessary to have quite a lot of text, and maybe a
range of values the user can enter within a radio option..
As far as I can see, currently it is not possible to nest other components
within a selectOneRadio tag. I don't think it's possible to have your own
custom layout of the radio options (in a <ul> list for example) either.
