Add headerClass and footerClass to h:column

It would be great if you could add support for
* headerClass
* footerClass
to h:column as specified in the JSF-1.2 spec to the JSF-1.1 branch.
This would allow people to get usable style classes inside <thead>'s and
<tfoot>'s.
Currently you have to create a h:panelGrid in the f:facet inside the h:column
like
<h:column>
<f:facet name="header">
<h:panelGrid width="100%" rowClasses="tableHeaderRight">
<h:outputText value="Right header" />
</h:panelGrid>
</f:facet>
<h:outputText value="Right content" />
</h:column>
for the header.
