When the navigation file is called from a file in the same folder there is no
problem.
But when the navigation file is called from a subfolder the following problem
occurs:
By calling the navigation file at first time the opened nodes are closed after
the first request started from a leaf.
On all following actions the navigation works fine - the opened nodes still
remain after first reload.
A sample webapp to demonstrate the bug is attached.
Call from link1.xhtml is running from link2.xhtml (in /link2/) is not running.
