However, fact is that the browser cuts the url. No way for a server,
proxy or anything else to do something better.
Even the ~2K limit (which is what we have today for GET requests) is way
too small to handle a JSF request with all its view/tree state.

Notice, the above is not true for the body data of a POST request.
