JSCookMenu does not support Spring Webflow creation URLs

JSCookMenu does not support Spring Webflow create action. These action look
like "flowId:my_workflow", always starting with "flowId:". This pattern causes
JSCookMenu to interpret these actions as script and attempt to evaluate them in
browser. Therefore the action is never executed server-side.
