The js issue is fixed (see TOBAGO-63)
I think TOBAGO-60 should not block the release.
We can not apply the patch because the converter for the date tag must
provide a dateformat pattern (for the client-side date picker). This
requires some different code.
But I expect a solution for this after this release.
