Improve the profile activation in the archetypes

The default activation of the 'myfaces' profile currently depends on the fact
that no other profile is being activated automatically. See MNG-2136.
It would be better to activate 'myfaces' based on the absence of a system
property, and then the RI with a particular value. (Thanks to Roland Asmann on
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for this suggestion.)
