ok, I just run a build to provide a "RC" for that.

Then I think we do one last build of the core referencing the final
shared dep and changing the version to final in the poms.  This is
just to make sure that we didn't break anything with the pom changes.
Then sign and release to ibiblio.

From here on out I think we can keep the testing to just a few users
on the dev list.  I don't think we want premature copies of final
aritifacts (that might not really be final) floating around.  Does
this make sense?  If so, we can add the steps to the wiki (wanted to
check here first.)
