The other nice thing about this is that people feel more secure using
something officially called a release candidate, and we might get more
people testing it :)
These aren't release candidates, they're just snapshots. If you want
real release candidates, then we need to change the version number in
the pom, tag the repository, and build it as -1.1.4-RC1.
That's considerably more work than kicking off the script that checks
out and builds whatever is in svn at the moment, and unfortunately,
more than I can volunteer to take on right now.
