Shale's test framwork includes MyFaces 1.1.1 in the classpath when testing via
Maven. The attached patch exclues MyFaces, both the 1.1.1 and later from the
shale depencency.
I have not checked other MyFaces projects, i.e. Tobago, but would expect they
will have a simular bug.
