Fixing a typo?  No.  Doing anything that changes how a component looks
or behaves? Yes.  Even if you attach it to an omnibus issue like
"Improvements to the XYZ component".

You never know when that little thing you changed is going to be
important, and having all of the related commits grouped together on a
JIRA issue is invaluable when doing research.  It will show up on the
release notes, and a user for whom some component has started
misbehaving might be able to follow the trail and identify the
problem.

In addition to JIRA issues, we still need descriptive commit messages.
More than "Fixes MYFACES-123 Thanks Bob!" for example. ;)
