STATE_SAVING_METHOD client and duplicate Id

Hi,
I'm trying to use STATE_SAVING_METHOD with param client.
But when I reload the same page, i have an error :
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate component ID
'index:form:listRoot:subList:out1' found in view.

Is there anyway to do it ?
Is it a bug ?
someone have an application which work with STATE_SAVING_METHOD client ?
