Add configuration to the tomahawk-examples-project pom that allows the versions
of both MyFaces and Tomahawk to be specified on the command line.
For example: mvn package -Dmyfaces=1.1.4 -Dtomahawk=1.1.3
This will allow us to run the Selenium functional tests against different
combinations of versions of the MyFaces impl and Tomahawk components.
