Facing following problem IllegalStateException: org.apache.myfaces.webapp.webxml.WebXml.init

Hi,   I am trying to migrate to myfaces1.1.4 and tomahawk1.1.3. I was working with myfaces-all.jar previously. When I try to deploy the new ear, I am getting following error.
