This should be the final change in the MyFaces javascripts, this time for
backwards-compatibility:
1) the clear-function is rendered once with the RI-compatible name now, and
this method is called from a second method with the old Myfaces clear
javascript-method-name, so both RI and old MyFaces versions should be fine
(this should help with old myfaces implementations - new tomahawk)
2) both the _input_hidden and the _idcl parameter are rendered - old tomahawk
versions should therefore work with new myfaces implementations again.
3) if the clear-function cannot be found, the params are cleared one by one (so
even if no clear-function was defined, or the name is different, back and
resubmit will work)
