[MyFaces 1.2] f:view, myfaces functionality not maintained anymore

Hi there,

I am implementing the ViewTag for faces 1.2. In the
ViewTag.doAfterBody() method we have the logic to mark the insertion
of the dummyForm and to write the state to URL params. We are not
maintaining anymore these functionality, right? Can we get rid of that
specific code?
