Additional comment, we had a cannot find package__.js warning issue a while
ago, this was as it seems to me resolved by the upgrade to dojo 0.4.1 sometime
after Tomahawk 1.1.3.
(This was an error where dojo was issuing, __package__.js calls in the wrong
places)
If you can try to move to following combination of files:
MyFaces 1.1.5, latest Tomahawk Trunk (a stable version will be out soon)
and latest sandbox trunk.
