Can we close this issue? It looks to be fixed already in the trunk, for all
pages referenced in the patch - except for "panel stack", which isn't working
at all. Seems to be an id conflict introduced by whoever made the changes. That
will need a new JIRA issue, I think. This one can be marked "fixed".
