Dominique Jean-Prost commented on TOMAHAWK-205:
-----------------------------------------------

Well, I gave a chance to bug#726 patch, and I have to say it works !
Just to be precise : it works well on firefox and IE7. It works almost on IE6,
that is the calendar is not perfectly positionned, but it's next to the
textfield, which, even is not perfect, is far better than without the patch.

To Werner : I think you should have a look to the fix. It's true though that it
doesn't use dojo as you plan to use, which is to my mind a solution for the
future.

I also tried Matt Raible fix (the one with the css style). It didn't work at
all for me on ie6. Didn't try the one with change in javascript.

I hope this will help everybody.

> The popup for the inputCalendar is positioned relative to the body of the
> page, not the containing div. Therefore, a calendar that is inside a
> scrollable div (overflow: auto) may not be positioned correctly if the
> containing div's left and top positons are not the same as the body.
