Make it possible to build tomahawk to easily spot problems:
-Djsf=12 - Use MyFaces 1.2
-Djsf=ri - Use the Reference Implementation
-Djsf=ri12 - Use the Reference Implementation 1.2
If no "jsf" property is provided, use MyFaces 1.1
