HtmlNavigationMenuRendererUtils.renderChildrenListLayout ignores separators,
while renderChildrenTableLayout handles them.
It's a major issue since I can't propertly address hierarchical menus with CSS
in table mode (somehow the sequence of "#160;" just keep getting in the way...)
