Need to namespace Trinidad Javascripts

Trinidad will currently not function properly if there are multiple trinidad
portlets displayed at the same time.
The javascripts in trinidad all use a common name yet they do contain a
namespace. Furthermore, many of them assume the portlet has full control of
the page. Therefore, namespacing the Javascripts will allow multiple Trinidad
portlets to co-exist on the same page at the same time, even if version numbers
might be different.
