It is not possible to change the border-styles for headers on <tr:table> using
af|column::sortable-header-text selector. The problem is that the border-style
property is over-ridden by .OraSortableHeaderBorder .
This problem exists too for some others selectors. For example borders of
af|column::cell-text.
